About the Shift

From generic CMS frontend into an institutional content portal

`conc-website` still runs on the Strapi DTO layer, but the visible composition now follows the stronger academic-professional structure used in `stale-satellite`.

  • Clearer hierarchy across services, programs, consulting, and updates.
  • Homepage sections now behave more like a public portal than a generic card list.
  • The redesign keeps compatibility with existing Strapi content and fallback data.
